My specialism is in working with parents carers, siblings, and women who have experienced TBI, birth trauma, birth injuries, which has resulted in brain injured babies. Where responsibilities includes looking after a complex needs baby or young person, or adult with disablity or special needs.
I am a mother of twins of which whom one has a complex needs and is disabled, I understand from my lived experinces, the challegnges of looking after a disabled child and navigating the systems with siblings.
I also a Court appointed deputy and attuned to the complexities surrounding birth and brain injury for both babies and mothers and at the helm of justice for women of colour in these arenas.
My "Why" The Back Story
With Pain comes Strength
I was overjoyed on the news that I was expecting twins, it was my first pregnancy, and I believed it was a miracle because I had wished and prayed for it, I know! Who does that you may ask yourself? But I did! I loved babies and I loved twins I was looking forward to relishing in every aspect of being a mother. But it was not to be. After an uneventful pregnancy sadly, my full-term babies were delivered and through negligent circumstances my first twin suffered catastrophic brain injuries from which he never recovered.
My life was suddenly transformed from being not just a new mother with twins, but a multi-layered multi-faceted entity compounded by disabilities.
However, I learnt very quickly to navigate these multi layered areas to access services, information and knowledge, to support and empower me as a mother, carer and as an individual.
Over the last 17 years, I have met and encountered countless families who have gone through similar or the same situations, we all have our children and experiences in common.
As a mother and through my experiences I recognised the fundamental importance to have a support service that can meet families that have gone through situations in their lives and could benefit from a therapy and coaching as the dynamics of their lives unfold.

I am a therapeutic Coach and a BACP Coaching Executive Division member.
I support clients often experiencing unexpected life changes, traumatic births, disability, career changes, and self-development. I collaborate with you in my practice, supporting the space where you learn to thrive.
I specialize in working with families and individuals whose role involves the care of special needs/disabled babies, children, and young adults. To ensure they and their children or young adults with special needs have access to the support, encouragement, resources, and knowledge to lead happy, fulfilling lives.
